Tamils' wipe by Sri Lanka with helpf of IC - Tamils Diaspora mentally disturbed

LTTE did not start the war after ceasefire. The GOSL withdrew from ceasefire agreement even though International Community urged GOSL not to do so. GOSL's intense fight(Genocide) on tamils(using LTTE label) have only increased in the last few months from begining times (mid of January 09) ignoring increased pressure from International Community from the begining. GOSL laughs at reports from any International Community and replies immediatly with attack right away to show they are insulting the reports.
A Government has it's obligations to follow international guidelines. If international community views LTTE and GOSL in their reports(waste papers hasn't changed a single step by Rajapakshe), then International Community has not labelled GOSL in state terrorism/genocide catergory as they did for LTTE. International Community through it's death cowardness silence allowing dictatorship. They failed to listen to not one but 100s of thousands of tamils around the world, and acted to protect. IC also blocked Tiger rebels from protecting those Tamils.
In this case, UN, Amnesty and others should not be naming themselves as world organizations to protect citizens of the world.
UN, Amnesty and other organizations need only to be published as business oriented organizations since their words, reports is not only disrepected by countries involved in human rights violations (Gonocide in GOSL case) but also insulted those countries.
Who is responsible for tens of thousands of civillians' death, 100s of thousands misplaced/injured over the past several years?
Answer: The internationl community because it blocked rebels from fighting against by the label terrorist. Tiger rebels have not been attacking sinhalese community targetting any single Sinhalese civillians.
Sinhalese community has not lost education in the last several months.
Sinhalese community has not lost properties or properties had been damaged, but more than 70% of the Tamils Community had lost properties or been damaged in the last several years of conflict.
Civillians from sinhalese community have no threat to their lives on a daily life, but Tamil Civillians have threat to their daily life anywhere in Sri Lanka.
With all these absolute good things Sinhalese community has and with all these absolute bad things happening to Tamils, Sinhalese Community around the world in very few numbers still trying to destroy demonstrations by Tamils around the world.
It's funny they do that because GOSL knows that IC is stupid enough to believe in what they say or do because they are Government and LTTE is labelled as terrorists. IC is clearing the pathway for GOSL's structural genocide pattern. Job well done.
There's no point in reports anymore. Too little too late and no sign of any actions by IC against GOSL. Tamils are giving up hope of saving Tamils in Sri Lanka.
I have not heard in recent memories of One countr's(Sri Lanka) and IC's dictatorship(partnership effort) and trying to shut one ethnic community(Tamils).
IC, UN, and Amnesty also failed to realize there is an urgent need for relieve councillors to handle mentally disturbed/stressed citizens within Tamils Community(in large numbers) in each of the countries Tamils live mainly Canada, US, UK, Australia, France, German and lot other countries in the last few months.

• Adults cannot carry out their daily routine. Family relationships are affected. They cannot concentrate on their work, business and family, social life. Mental disturbance and stress evantually adds to health problems.
• Seniors cannot take care of themselves due to mental disturbance, stress. This affects more healthwise for elderly.
• Students cannot concentrate on their studies(testimony during US Senate hearing mentioned high rate for Sri Lankans).
• Children are very disturbed and without their knowlege adding stress and missing a valuable family life.

All above mentioned because Tamils Community's voice has not been heard by UN, Amnesty and IC.

Why should we think is not BBC is recently release false news flash on tamils' struggle when these are not even news. These are written information provided to BBC to shrink LTTE support and weaken Tamil Community around the world from backing LTTE.
How in heaven does Swaminathan Natarajan gather information and the publishes when there is media black out in the war zone? Jurnalism is always thinking from all angles so Swaminathan of BBC doesn't think voice clips to him by civillians can be forcefully arranged by SLA? Let's jurnalists are always to abid by what GOSL wants them to write, but it should not be for a world famous BBC news.
Just because one clip they receive saying a whole lot against LTTE, BBC can immediately news flash but yet tens of thousands protest around the world in support of LTTE and asking the world to recognize Tamils' land and BBC will never publish it. Never expected from a high standard BBC to just write anything as news without actually verifying.
BBC doesn't write about child rape by SL army, BBC dosn't write about thousands of children being being killed in Government announced 'Safe-death zone', BBC doesn't write about starvation to death of child structured by government of Sri Lanka, BBC dosn't write about pregnant women forced to abortion as soon entering into 'Safe-death zone', but BBC will write what the GOSL is authorizing them to write which is child recruitment. I thought BBC withdrew it's service through Srilanka's broadcasting due to the lack of freedom to publish the real news. I thought BBC stopped funding deal with GOSL's broadcast. I guess now it's opposite to that scenario which is GOSL is funding BBC to poison Tamils Freedom fight and to support state terrorism.
Recently there was news from BBC stating there was intense fight between SLA and LTTE at the sea. It's funny and makes angry when SLA shoots at civillians who are trying to escape and twist the story as fight. Makes me laugh at BBC or reporters like Swaminathan misprinting news using BBC.

Sri Lanka says 'Shut Up' to Tamils. Are we to?

It is funny how the International Community can be bullied by a tiny Island country Sri Lanka when they attempt to finally listen to Tamils on long and outstanding ethnic cleansing of Tamils.

The legal statue this high commissioner used is for teachers not to teach students based on race, hate, political partisan. What is accused in this letter is against ‘Freedom of Speech’. People have the right to discuss a topic that the world is now focusing on. The high commissioner of Sri Lanka either does not understand these legal statue he mentioned or confused or intentionally abusing with any other situations. It in any case does not mean of discussing a true situation that is happening with proof in media and talks among world leaders, politicians, human rights agencies, United Nations while the topic of ‘Sri Lanka’ is spreading to be number one on the list for it’s human rights violations and media black out. I believe by this letter he is assuring Sri Lanka is absolutely ready take responsibilities for human rights, genocide law including other pending accused legal charges, is ready listen to tamils for a political solution.

This in the interpretation that in his letter legal statue quote says that pupils should have balanced presentation of opposing views. Is the government in Sri Lanka allowing Tamils, Tamil Diaspora and specially journalist to have a balanced presentation on separate state?
This letter clearly states the clarification of what LTTE’s stand. The high commissioner of Sri Lanka representing Sri Lanka states in paragraph three saying UK has listed LTTE under terrorism law while he also clarifies LTTE is only a fighting force. He further says in his letter that LTTE is fighting for a separate state for ethnic Tamils in north & east of Sri Lanka. This does not fall under terrorism category.

Mr. Bush has un-educatedly and blindly linked all organizations under terrorism category. Mr. Obama, an educated world leader, has a different view. His view is that ‘One man’s terrorism is another man’s freedom fighter’. I guess Sri Lanka now accepts LTTE as freedom fighters and willing discuss a balanced presentation.

So the high commissioner thinks TAG and BTF are front organizations of LTTE. So what is he trying to do against Tamils, Tamil Diaspora, journalist of all communities within Sri Lanka and around the world, and western diplomats who think Sri Lanka is acting state terrorism and genociding Tamils. Isn’t his and his government’s believe in balanced presentation?

The situation in Sri Lanka is worse than what has happened in any other countries charged on ethnic cleansing. Has the world stopped to realize Sinhalese governments will at any time charge any Tamils within Sri Lanka in the term of terrorism and in the name of LTTE.
Are we Tamils to watch and keep dead silence?
